Overview

CAUCUS scores the stock buys that members of the US House of Representatives report under the STOCK Act, and runs baskets on Solana that follow or fade them. Every reported buy is checked 90 days later against the S&P 500. Members are ranked by how often their buys beat it. You put USDC on the Follow side of a basket if you think a member's buys will keep beating the market, or on the Fade side if you think it was luck.

CAUCUS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any member of Congress, the Office of the Clerk, the Senate, Nasdaq, or any issuer of the stocks named on the site. Nothing here is investment advice.

What the law gives us

The STOCK Act (2012) requires members of Congress to file a Periodic Transaction Report (PTR) within 30 days of learning of a trade and no later than 45 days after it. House reports are published by the Office of the Clerk at disclosures-clerk.house.gov. Senate reports are published at efdsearch.senate.gov.

Each report line names the asset, the ticker when there is one, the type (purchase, sale, partial sale, exchange), the trade date, the notification date and an amount range such as $1,001 - $15,000. Exact amounts are never disclosed.

The numbers on the site

The landing page is built from the House Clerk's 2026 index file (2026FD.zip) and every PTR PDF it lists, read when the site is built.
